Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is packed and ready for dispatch.

• Orders placed before 2 PM (IST) are processed the same day.
• Bulk orders may take an additional 24 hours.

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹499. For orders below that, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies.

• Free delivery for all prepaid orders (no minimum cart value).
• COD orders above ₹499 also enjoy free shipping.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS & email with a tracking link and AWB (Airway Bill) number. You can also track your order directly from your account dashboard.

We take utmost care in packaging, but in the rare event of damage or loss during transit, we will resolve it promptly.

• If your package is damaged on delivery, please refuse it and contact us.
• For lost shipments, we will initiate a full refund or reshipment after verification.
• For delayed orders beyond the estimated time, we'll keep you informed and offer a discount coupon as an apology.
